Enlisted Selections for Academic Year 2026-27 Full-Time Study in National Intelligence University Graduate Programs
This MARADMIN announces the conditional selection of four enlisted Marines for full-time graduate study at the National Intelligence University (NIU) for Academic Year 2026-27. Selectees must contact the point of contact by April 1, 2026, to accept their selection and will incur a three to four-year service obligation upon graduation.

1. Purpose. The following Marines have been conditionally selected for the NIU graduate program for academic year 2026-27 convening at NIU's Intelligence Community Campus Bethesda (MCC: J90), 4600 Sangamore Rd, Bethesda, MD 20816: Rank L Name Int MOS MCC Program GySgt Wynn OJ 0231 THD Graduate(MSSI) GySgt Moreno R 0231 116 Graduate(MSTI) GySgt Vogel RD 0321 J90 Graduate(MSSI) Cpl Williams AT 0231 J90 Graduate(MSTI) 2. Background. All selectees are directed to contact the POC identified above NLT 1 Apr 2026 to accept selection and to receive further guidance. 3. Execution. Selectees who accept assignment to NIU will incur three years of obligated service upon graduation. Returning students who accept assignment to graduate programs will incur four years of obligated service upon graduation. A page 11 entry will be made prior to the execution of orders to document acceptance of the obligated service commitment. 3.a. Security clearance check-in must take place NLT 4 weeks in advance of the start of classes to allow time for processing. Selectees must first coordinate with Henderson Hall Security Office to schedule a collateral security indoctrination, at (703)614-9208. Selectees will then contact HQMC, Intelligence Division, Special Security Office to schedule SCI indoctrination and badge, at (703)614-3350. Returning students will not require an additional read-in but should contact HQMC SSO to confirm SCI accesses and badge is active; hqmc_intel_sso@usmc.mil, (703)614-3350. 4.
