This MARADMIN announces seat allocations for the Marine Corps University Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS) and Command and Staff College (CSC) Blended Seminar Programs (BSP) for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The BSP combines resident and online education at regional campuses, allowing officers to complete Career Level School or Intermediate Level School within one academic year while earning PME and JPME Phase I credit. Major Subordinate Commands must register eligible students through MCTIMS, with various report dates beginning in May 2026 and continuing through January 2027.
Issued: April 6, 2026
1. Purpose: To announce Marine Corps University
(MCU) Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS) and Command and Staff
College (CSC) Blended Seminar Program (BSP) seat allocations.
1.a. The BSP is a combination of resident and nonresident online
