1. This MARADMIN announces the implementation of the
Navy College Management Information System (NCMIS) Scheduling Tool.
This application will be preferred method for Marines to schedule
AFCT, DLPT, and DLAB testing. While the traditional method of
contacting education centers for test scheduling is still available,
it is no longer the recommended approach.
2. Background. Previously, AFCTs, DLPTs, and DLABs were scheduled by
contacting Installation Education Centers. The NCMIS Scheduling Tool
eliminates this requirement and offers transparency by providing a
clear and immediate view of testing availability across the entire
Marine Corps.
3. Policy Update. Effective 13 April 2026, all Marines will submit
scheduling requests using NCMIS at

Analysis Branch (MPA), Manpower Plans and Policy Division.
5. No-Show Policy.
5.a. A "No-Show" occurs when a Marine does not attend their
scheduled test. When this occurs the Installation Education Center
will notify the scheduled tester's command senior enlisted advisor
via email. Additional policy guidance will be published in the
forthcoming Testing Marine Corps Order.
