Change 1 to the Convening of the Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17) Reserve Command Screening Board (RCSB) and Reserve Senior Leader Board (RSLB)

1.  This MARADMIN announces a change to the eligibility criteria for the Commanding Officer billet of VMM-764 and extends the application deadline for VMGR-452 and HMH-772 Commanding Officer billets.  All eligible Reserve Component LtCols and LtCol selects are encouraged to submit an application.  Officers should review the reference for additional eligibility criteria.<br>
2.  The following Command Billet will be re-opened to accept applications from eligible Active Reserve (AR), Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR), Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) and Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) LtCols and LtCol selects.
