Update to Fiscal Year 2026 Judge Advocate Continuation Pay Program
This MARADMIN extends the application window for the Fiscal Year 2026 Judge Advocate Continuation Pay (JACP) program through September 30, 2026. All eligibility requirements and other provisions from the original MARADMIN 528/25 remain unchanged. This update only modifies the timeframe for submitting applications.

1. Purpose. This MARADMIN provides an extension to <br> the application window for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Judge Advocate <br> Continuation Pay (JACP) program established by reference (a). <br> Effective upon the release of this message, eligible Judge Advocates <br> may submit their application for JACP through September 30, 2026. <br> 2. Eligibility. All eligibility requirements outlined in reference <br> (a) remain in effect. <br> 3. Admin. All other provisions outlined in reference (a) remain in <br> effect. This MARADMIN only provides an update to the timeframe in<br> which an application may be submitted. <br> 4. Release authorized by Lieutenant General William J. Bowers, <br> Deputy Commandant, Manpower and Reserve Affairs.
