Extension of MCBUL 5810, "Criminal Justice Information Reporting Requirements and Guidance"

This MARADMIN extends Marine Corps Bulletin 5810, which establishes criminal justice information reporting requirements for commands, law enforcement, and staff judge advocates, until 31 December 2022. During this extension period, a new Marine Corps Order will be developed to permanently implement these reporting requirements and guidance.

1.  This MARADMIN is to inform Commanders, Marine Corps Law Enforcement, and Staff Judge Advocates that Reference (A) has been extend to 31 December 2022.  During this period, a new Marine Corps Order pertaining to criminal justice information reporting will be appropriately staffed to permanently implement the requirements and guidance set forth in References (A) and (B).  Reference (B) will remain in effect until a Marine Corps Order pertaining to criminal justice information reporting is published.
