Wear of Class Rings in Uniforms
This MARADMIN authorizes Marines to wear college or commissioning-source class rings in conjunction with wedding rings in uniform, effective immediately. Previously, only one ring per hand was authorized except for wedding and engagement rings worn together. This policy update modifies paragraph 1004.5.a of the Marine Corps Uniform Regulations.

1. Effective immediately, college or commissioning-source class rings are authorized to be worn in conjunction with wedding rings. Paragraph 1004.5.a of the reference is updated to read: Paragraph 1004.5.a(1) "(1) Rings. Inconspicuous rings are authorized for wear in uniform. When worn, only one ring is authorized per hand, except for wedding rings worn with engagement rings or college/commissioning-source class rings (when worn on the same finger they will count as one ring), and will be worn on the base of the finger close to the palm.
