Fiscal Year 2027 MCRC Company Grade Selection Panel Results

This MARADMIN announces the selection of 63 company grade officers for assignment to Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) positions as Recruiting Station Operations Officers, Executive Officers, and Officer Selection Officers across six Marine Corps Districts nationwide for Fiscal Year 2027. Selected officers are ordered to report no later than 31 May 2027, with winter 2026 movers reporting between 1 December 2026 and 31 March 2027, and must respond to Career Designation offers within 10 days of this message release.

1. Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) requires
high caliber company grade officers for assignment as Recruiting
Station (RS) Operations Officers (OpsOs), Executive Officers (XOs),
and Officer Selection Officers (OSOs) across the nation who are
dedicated to recruiting high-quality men and women to earn the title
"Marine".  A panel consisting of staff from Manpower Management
Officer Assignments (MMOA) and MCRC convened to identify and select 
63 primaries from over 1010 eligible officers for assignment 
during FY27.

3.  Alternates.  The list of officers selected as alternates will 
be published via the MMOA website. No action is required by officers
on this list.  PMOS monitors will contact officers if a need arises
for an alternate to fleet up to fill a vacancy.
4.  The release of this MARADMIN is considered official notification
of orders for officers listed in paragraph 2.  Officers selected by
this panel will be issued orders to report NLT 31 May 2027 unless
otherwise instructed.  Headquarters Marine Corps will not accept 
deferrals.  Consideration will be given to those in deployed status
and unable to execute orders.  Officers who fall into this category
may request deferral in writing (AA Form) via the first O-6 officer
in their chain of command to HQMC (MMOA-1) NLT 10 days after the 
release of this message.
4.a.  Winter 2026 movers will execute orders between 1 December 
2026 – 31 March 2027.
4.b.  Officers who are unable to report during the prescribed date
will coordinate an updated timeline through the respective District
XO, losing command, and monitor.
4.c.  Officers selected as primaries who have not yet accepted
Career Designation (CD) will be offered CD in conjunction with this
assignment.  Retention & Release Officer (RRO), MMOA-3 will notify
all officers being offered CD via Marine Online (MOL).  Officers
offered CD must accept or decline the offer by responding to the MOL
message no later than 10 days after the release of this message.  
Officers who do not respond to this offer by the deadline will be 
considered as having declined CD and will execute their existing 
EAS.
4.d.  Declinations.  Only officers whose end of obligated service
ends prior to the report date to their specific command may decline
orders.  Officers eligible to decline this assignment have 10 days
from the release of this message to decline their selection.  
Officers who decline the offer of CD in conjunction with this panel
selection will execute their current EAS IAW MCO 1001.65A.  
Officers who elect to decline their selection are deemed as 
resigning in lieu of orders and will exit the service NLT the last
day of the month they were required to report to their future unit.
4.e.  Officers listed above who screen on the February 2027
Captain All Fully Qualified Selection Board must be selected for
promotion to retain their selection status.
