Marine Corps Fiscal Year 26-2 Equal Opportunity Advisor and Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute Instructor Selection Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY26-2 Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) and Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) instructor selection board that convened on September 23, 2026. Nine Marines were selected for EOA billets (six Gunnery Sergeants and three Staff Sergeants) and one Gunnery Sergeant was selected as a DEOMI instructor. Selectees must contact the EOA Monitor within seven days to accept or decline their assignments.

1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the results of Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) and Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) instructor selection board. The board convened on 23 September 2026. 2. Selections were chosen from a competitive pool of applicants who will serve a 36-month tour in an EOA billet. 3. All EOA billets are sensitive positions of trust. 4. The following applicants were selected for an EOA billet assignment (read in two columns): Name Rank DOTSON, S. J. GYSGT GUERRA, A.
