Update and Directed Change 2 to MCO 1040.31 Enlisted Retention and Career Development Program
This MARADMIN announces Directed Change 2 to MCO 1040.31, updating the command screening and interview guide for Marines seeking lateral move to Career Planner (PMOS 4821). The updated guide (NAVMC 11669, June 2018 revision) replaces the previous appendix and is effective immediately for the entire Marine Corps total force.
