Suspension of Reserve Officer Accession, Affiliation, and Retention Incentives

This MARADMIN suspends all Reserve Officer accession, affiliation, and retention incentive programs pending review and update. The suspension affects multiple bonus and incentive programs including the Reserve Officer Retention Bonus (RORB), Officer Appointment Incentive (OAI), Warrant Officer Accession Bonus, and related provisions for Forward Air Controllers and Air Officers in the Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR).
