Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) End of FY26 Roadshow

MARADMIN 403/26 announces the Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) End of FY26 Roadshow, where MMEA monitors will visit major Marine Corps installations from late August through September 2026. The roadshow provides enlisted Marines with opportunities to meet with their assignment monitors, receive retention assistance, and consult on talent management initiatives.

1.  Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments
(MMEA) Monitors will visit major installations across the
Fleet Marine Force and Supporting Establishment to ensure Marines 
that were not available due to operational requirements will have
the opportunity to meet with their monitor. MMEA will conduct 
targeted enlisted assignment engagements, provide total force 
retention assistance, and offer consultation on key
talent management initiatives to enlisted Marines.
MMEA is committed to retaining and assigning the right Marine to the
right place at the right time.
