Solicitation for the 2026 Marine Corps Installations and Logistics Awards
This MARADMIN solicits nominations for the 2026 Marine Corps Installations and Logistics Awards, which will be presented at an awards dinner on 26 March 2026. The awards recognize individual Marines, Sailors, Civilian Marines, and units/organizations who have made significant contributions to the installations and logistics enterprise across the operating forces, supporting establishment, and Marine Corps Forces Reserve.

1. To solicit nominations for the annual Marine Corps Installations and Logistics Awards, for presentation during the annual Marine Corps Installations and Logistics Awards dinner on Thursday, 26 March 2026. These prestigious awards recognize individual Marines, Sailors, Civilian Marines, and units/organizations within the operating forces, supporting establishment, and Marine Corps Forces Reserve who have made significant contributions to the installations and logistics enterprise and exemplify superior excellence and dedication to mission accomplishment. 2. The 2026 Marine Corps ILAs are listed below: 3.a. Installations Awards 3.a.1. (Individual) MCICOM Officer of the Year. 3.a.2. (Individual) MCICOM Enlisted of the Year. 3.a.3. (Individual) MCICOM Civilian of the Year. 3.a.4. (Organizational) MCICOM Air Station of the Year. 3.a.5. (Organizational) MCICOM Ground Installation of the Year. 3.b. Logistics Awards 3.b.1. (Individual) First Lieutenant Travis Manion Marine Corps Officer Logistician of the Year. 3.b.2. (Individual) Marine Corps Enlisted Logistician of the Year. 3.b.3. (Individual) Mr. Nicholas M. Linkowitz Marine Corps Civilian Logistician of the Year. 3.b.4. (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics Organization/Team of the Year (Large Unit). 3.b.5. (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics Organization/Team of the Year (Small Unit). 3.b.6. (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics Organization/Team of the Year for Innovation. 4. Selection of the ILAs recipients will be made by a board convened by Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics (DC I&L). Announcement and presentation of the ILAs will be provided in future correspondence no later than 6 February 2026. 5. Coordinating Instructions: 5.a. Commands with personnel and/or organizations meeting the criteria are encouraged to submit nominations. 5.b. Due to follow on publication requirements, all photograph submissions to MCILAP shall occur in accordance with the guidelines in the 2026 Marine Corps ILAs instructions located on the MCILAP website. 5.c. Due dates 5.c.1. Installations and Logistics award nominations are due no later than 12 December 2025 to DC I&L. Packages will be sent to DC I&L via the MCILAP MS outlook organizational mailbox (OMB): IL_Award_Nominations@usmc.mil. 5.c.2.
