This MARADMIN 110/08 cancels the previous MARADMIN 714/07, which established mandatory requirements for using the standard Department of Defense Information Systems consent banner and user agreement. The cancellation is authorized by the Director of Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4).
