Fiscal Year 2026 Staff Noncommissioned Officer Degree Completion Program (SNCODCP) Selection Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2026 Staff Noncommissioned Officer Degree Completion Program (SNCODCP) selection board, which convened on January 6, 2026. Five Marines (four Gunnery Sergeants and one Staff Sergeant) were selected to pursue baccalaureate degrees in specialized disciplines including Safety, Psychology, and Music to fill billets requiring degrees.

The Fiscal Year 2026 Staff Noncommissioned Officer Degree Program selection board convened on 06 January 2026, to select qualified Marines to fill billets requiring a baccalaureate degree and further maintain an inventory of Staff Noncommissioned Officers trained in specialized areas. 2. The following applicants were selected for the FY26 SNCODCP: RANK NAME DISCIPLINE SLATED MCC GYSGT CHAPMAN, DUSTIN SAFETY 142 GYSGT HILDRETH, ISAIAH SAFETY 019 GYSGT KENDRICK, PAIGE PSYCHOLOGY 024 GYSGT SANJUAN, RYAN MUSIC JA8 SSGT HERNANDEZ, AARON PSYCHOLOGY 044 3. Orders for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence. Report dates will be in accordance with reference (a). 4.
