This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY26 Remedial Staff Noncommissioned Officer Degree Completion Program (SNCODCP) selection board, which convened on March 5, 2026. One Marine, Staff Sergeant Melissa Arellano, was selected to pursue a Psychology degree for MCC 044. This program does not apply to Marine Corps Reserve personnel.

The Fiscal Year 2026 Remedial Staff Noncommissioned Officer Degree Program selection board convened on 05 March 2026, to select qualified Marines to fill billets requiring a baccalaureate degree and further maintain an inventory of Staff Noncommissioned Officers trained in specialized areas. 2. The following applicant was selected for the FY26 SNCODCP: RANK NAME DISCIPLINE SLATED MCC SSGT ARELLANO, MELISSA PSYCHOLOGY 044 3. Orders for the above listed Marine will be transmitted via separate correspondence. Report dates will be in accordance with reference (a). 4.
