This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY26 SNCODCP Selection Board 2, which selected one Marine—Staff Sergeant Joel Henriquezsoria—to complete a baccalaureate degree in Education (MCC KA9). Orders will be transmitted separately, and this message does not apply to Marine Corps Reserve personnel.

The Fiscal Year 2026 SNCODCP selection board 2 convened on 3 August 2026, to select qualified Marines to fill billets requiring a Baccalaureate degree and further maintain an inventory of Staff Non-Commissioned Officers trained in specialized areas. 2. The following applicant was selected for the FY26 SNCODCP: RANK NAME DISCIPLINE SLATED MCC SSGT HENRIQUEZSORIA, JOEL EDUCATION KA9 3. Orders for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence. Report date will be in accordance with reference (a). 4.
